SRMC

OUR MISSION

Unearthing
the Potential of rare Earths with Minimal Impact

Headquartered in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada, SRMC is not just a rare earth minerals acquisition, exploration and production company – we are pioneers committed to shaping a brighter, greener future.

“It’s all well and good to solve today’s problems. But it’s tomorrow that matters. My dream for SRMC, and the rare earths’ mining industry at large, is to harness the power of rare earths responsibly to leave a positive legacy for generations to come.”

Our Story

Honouring Those Who Came Before

Established in 2023, SRMC takes its name from the Stirling W-7520 Bomber, paying tribute to the brave Canadian pilots who sacrificed their lives during WWII, with several Saskatchewan lakes named in their honour. Just as these heroes left an indelible mark on history, we aspire to make a lasting impact through our dedication to ethical practices, environmental responsibility and community support.

Our Vision

Ethical Extraction for Eco-Friendly Solutions

We recognize the pivotal role rare earths play in powering the green energy revolution. Essential in the production of technologies like wind turbines, electric vehicles and energy-efficient lighting, they serve as the bedrock for a sustainable tomorrow. Our mission is to responsibly acquire, explore and produce these rare earth minerals, ensuring their ethical extraction and use in the development of eco-friendly solutions.

Our Projects

Unique Properties with Global Impact

As Saskatchewan’s exclusive rare earth minerals acquisition, exploration and production company, we take pride in our strategic position with two rich REEs properties—one in Northern Saskatchewan, the other in South Africa. We contribute significantly to global rare earth minerals demand. Our commitment to the North American supply chain focuses on fostering economic growth, job creation, and innovation domestically.

Our Practices

Innovating for a Green Future

SRMC is at the forefront of innovation with our commitment to developing and recovering rare earth elements through innovative processes for mine tailings. By turning challenges into opportunities—such as REE waste recycling—we reduce environmental impact and promote sustainable practices within the industry.

Our Values

We champion a green economy, striving to be at the forefront of environmentally conscious business practices that contribute to sustainable economic growth and the development of green technologies.

We pursue innovation and excellence in all aspects of our work, from the exploration and extraction of our rare earth minerals to mining advancements, ensuring that we stay at the cutting edge of the industry.

We actively engage and collaborate with Indigenous communities, recognizing their invaluable contributions, respecting their cultural heritage, and ensuring their equitable participation in our projects.

We are dedicated to creating positive social impact by actively engaging with local communities, creating job opportunities, and contributing to the economic growth and well-being of the regions in which we operate.

We acknowledge our role as global citizens and take responsibility for contributing positively to the global community by addressing challenges related to resource extraction, sustainability, and environmental impact.

We foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, encouraging our team to stay informed about industry advancements, embrace new technologies, and adapt to the evolving landscape of sustainability and rare earth minerals.
